Hayden smiled after she had pulled away and spoke, laughing at the same time, but he didn't reply to her words, for she was already slipping herself out of the car, without him getting to open her door for her. He always grew sightly angered when he didn't get to round his way to her side and help her out, for some odd reason. He was just accustomed to it, and when he didn't do it, something felt out of place. But, he slipped out of the car along with her, quickly, and made his way to her side.

He wrapped an arm around he waist, and when they entered the familiar building, he felt at once uneasy. The smell of a doctor's office was always slightly nauseating, but he put the thoughts of it aside, and focused on all of the nurses walking around, those same, creepy smiles on their faces. He shuddered to himself, and look at the ground. He had no idea why, but this place scared him to no end. He offered a smile to the doctor and followed Aiden into the room.

He saw her mouth pop open to ask a question, but the doctor spoke, and he raised an eyebrow towards her slightly. Shed get the chance to ask him later about it, whatever it was. Hayden didn't it across the room entirely away from her, this time.He took a seat next to her, and grabbed one of her hands, tugging on her fingers with excitement. He watched as the doctor moved some kind of remote around on Aiden's stomach where the gel had been spread out, and he gasped slightly, when he heard the sound of a small, tiny heartbeat coming out of the television, where a small body was beginning to form.

Hayden heard Dr. Kildagger's words, pleasant and reassuring. Their child was healthy, and it was only one child this time, which he couldn't say he was too depressed about. One was enough for now, although, they would probably want more later on in time, and even if they didn't want more, they would probably end up with another child, considering how passionate and loving they were towards one another.

He saw the picture forming on the screen, and he tried to make out what was what. He could see a foot, with a few tiny little toes forming, and he grinned. That was it. That was their baby, the one thing that had changed their lives forever. Seeing that child sent him soaring, above everything else. It was healthy and forming wonderfully, something that he had prayed and hoped for the whole time during the pregnancy. He heard Aiden ask for the gender, and his breath caught in his throat, the short moments in between the response form the doctor killing him.

A girl. They were having a baby girl, and nothing could be better than this now. They were finally getting what they wanted, for once, and they were getting it together, no doubt about it. His eyes closed and he sighed with relief, a large smiled spreading onto his face. And, her leaned forward, pressing his lips to Aiden's forehead quickly and briefly, with happiness added on top of it all. "Thank you. So much..." He said to the doctor, and partially to Aiden at the same time. Nothing could top how happy he was now, except for maybe their wedding day, but it was cutting it close.

Hayden watched closely and carefully, as the doctor took blood from Aiden's arm. The one thing he hated most was blood. He didn't hate seeing it, though, it was mostly the fact of having to deal with the sense of knowing it was around, and knowing that it was freshly coming out of someone's body right before your eyes, and as it filled up inside of the tube, he looked away. He squeezed her hand and thanked the doctor as well, watching her leave the room after cleaning off Aiden's stomach, which now held their baby girl.

It was a girl, and that wouldn't seem to stick into his mind yet. They were going to be living with a baby girl for the rest of their lives. Or, at least, they would be living with her until she got older and moved out in twenty years or so. He embraced Aiden back, his hands placed gently on her back, his eyes closed as her lips pressed against his chest, which now contained a shirt, rather than being bare. "I love you, too." He said, his body nuzzling into hers carelessly in the empty doctor's room.

He placed a palm on her stomach and placed his other hand on her cold cheek, his warm skin probably terrifying her chilled skin. "This is perfect." He said, kissing her on the forehead quickly and tugging her out of the doctor's office with him, his hand now wrapped in her own. He was right. They were so close to perfect right now, it was unreal.
