When joining this site, you are agreeing to the rules. The rules are a must and they are to be followed. Not following the rules can have bad side effects. Also, please keep yourself up to date on the rules, as they could change or something could be added at any moment. UNO;; MAKING A CHARACTER

;; you are allowed more then one character. though that will result in making another account or so. no doubling on accounts. i do not like you posting as another character on any account but their own. thanks.

DOS;; SIGNATURE

;; you MUST supply a signature for your character. if you do not know what i mean, please feel free to ask. in the signature, it must be of a human face. it doesn't have to be a celebrity or anything, but you may not use yourself. you must go to the face claim to claim the face you are using, that way no one else can snag it.

TRES;; PROFILE

;; your profile will be able to be accessed by admins and you only! when you sign up, you can make your user name whatever you want. though you will have to modify your profile name to the name of your character, before your character can be sorted/approved. so if you have not been sorted and don't understand why, then apparently you didn't read the rules.

CUATRO;; RP POSTING

;; when you are in roleplaying mode, you will need to be at least semi-literate. by semi-literate, you should try to develop a good post by a paragraph or two, average six to eight sentences a paragraph. there isn't a certain amount of words you have to have, but there are no one-liners allowed. here we just ask you to do your best. but to keep track, if you like doing that we do have a word counter you can see at the bottom before you post. you may post more, of course, there is no arguing with a good 5 or 6 paragraph post.

CINCO;; RATING

;; we do not really have a site rating. most sites are pg-13, so i guess we can rate it there. though i know from my own experience some roleplays do get a little intense. so please, if you are going to have a 'heated' roleplay make it noted by putting R or something in the title of it. i'd prefer if you didn't go into HIGH details either.

SEIS;; DRAMA

;; oh my, what would a site be without it, right? but please, we don't want this getting out of hand. no one person can go through more drama then the whole world can. so lets be realistic with it, please.

SIETE;; ACTIVITY

;; this is the most important thing. a site can not functional correctly without active members. this doesn't mean you have to come on EVERY day, but please don't fall inactive. if you are going to be gone for a certain amount of time, please let us know.

OCHO;; APPLICATION PROCESS

;; this is probably the easiest part of the site, really. the canons are made by you, the members. there is a board that shows you a certain canon, these are there to help people on the site that need a certain character for their own character. it is your decision if you want to play one. the face claim they provide may not be open, so make sure you check the face claim. if you choose not to be a canon, then you go onto the application and fill it out. the application really is not that hard.

NUEVE;; BEING APPROVED

;; the rules are pretty much the same. your username MUST be changed to your characters FIRST AND LAST name before when can approve you and you must have filled out the application. once you have done this, one of the administrators will look at your application and decide if it is good enough to be approved. if it is not enough and you are asked to fix it. please do, and don't argue, but you may discuss and present your case if you feel we're wrong. also, the moderators are here for a reason, and when they ask you to change/update/or anything else, their word is final and should be followed like any administrator.

DIEZ;; AFTER BEING APPROVED

;; once your character has been approved, you will be able to move on to roleplay, until that time you are NOT under any circumstances allowed to roleplay until then.

ONCE;; NOT ALLOWED

;; we do NOT allow power playing AT ALL. you make your character for YOU, as do other people. do not try and play their characters. also, no one's character is perfect. so do not go trying to make your character a mary/gary sue. they will not be tolerated on the site. this means saying your character is the most beautiful person or everyone loved him because he was hot, no no, you will have to fix your application big time with that.

DOCE;; THIRD PERSON

;; to the good stuff. =) when you are roleplaying, you will be in third person. if you look up third person, it will explain what you need to know. when your characters is talking, but what they are saying in quotation marks [" saying "]. when they are thinking put it in italics.

TRECE;; OTHER

;; please remember you are playing a fictional character. sometimes it is quite easy to get lost in the life of your character. but this character is NOT you. try not to get personal while you are playing them, though some people do base their character of themselves.

this is a guide, and does not need to be followed to the letter. if explained why in your profile/application, you are allowed to be a 22 year old senior, or some other combination. you are also now allowed to apply as a graduate, but you need to tie your character back into the campus of Darrington University somehow.
