Here you will find all the announcements of the site. From activity checks to of the months nominations and voting.

After you have officially read all of the handbook and understand them. You must come in here and create a new thread, to make your student and/or staff member.

Have a character that you just need for one thread or so? Have a character that's coming to a wedding or party Darrington style? This is where those applications and profiles will go.

Once you have been approved to be a student of Darrington University, your application will be placed into the filing drawer.

Have you just befriended someone? Have a physical attraction? Hate them with the deepest passion? Or have other relationships? Make a plot to show your character's relationships with people throughout the school.

All the little extras to get us through the day are found here, from journals to our student profiles. They help everyone get to know us better.

Everything that happens on the main board is in the present and with other characters that are represented at Darrington, but sometimes to develop a character and see what would have happened in the past or with characters not on the board, you need to RP it out and see where it goes.

We all have to keep in touch somehow, whether through IM, Myspace, cell phone, or whatever.

Everyone has myspace. Post pictures and comment friends.

Kenna Dining Hall is were most students choose to eat at. It isn't like most Universities, it doesn't have nasty food. Instead, you have different places to decide to eat at.

Misson Hall is home to all the classes that are at random. Things such as Womans Health, Health and Recreation, Sports, etc.

Technology and Art Centers are all located in Varsi's Hall.

The homes and apartments of Darrington. A couple simple complexes, recently built on campus for the students' use. Simple rooms that can either house two roommates or four.

Benson Library is a two story, large library in the heart of Darrington University. It also has computer access for those who need it.

English, Sciences, and Histories are located in this hall.

This is were the sport freaks come to work out. But it isn't just for them. It is for all students who attending Darrington.

Warriors Stadium is home to the Darrington Warriors. All the university sports are played here, football and baseball are the two major sports at Darrington.

Some of the biggest names on campus belong to these sororities and fraternities, and some of the greatest events are put on by them, too. So what's Greek Row? The row of houses belonging to these organizations, of course.

Auburndale is one of the 13 villages of Newton, Massachusetts. It lies at the western end of Newton near the intersection of interstate highways 90 and 95, and is bisected by the Massachusetts Turnpike.

Chestnut Hill is a suburban neighborhood, and is not strictly a topographical designation; the name refers to a series of small hills that overlook the 135-acre Chestnut Hill Reservoir rather than one particular hill. Chestnut Hill is perhaps best known as the home of Boston College.

The largest of the villages, Newton Centre includes the Green, which hosts the Sunday Evening Ethnic Festivals throughout the summer.

Newton Highlands is a largely suburban town, with few attractions. It does have a small commercial district that runs along Lincoln St., perpendicular to Walnut St.

Newton Upper Falls is a village of Newton, Massachusetts, and is said to be the only village that has retained its original name from when the area was founded in the 1600s.

Newtonville is a predominantly residential neighborhood. It was once served by the now defunct Newton Nexus bus, a free service provided by the city of Newton. Walnut Street could be called the main artery of the village, which is home to several banks, restaurants and funky shops.

Nonantum, also known as Silver Lake or The Lake, is one of the centers of Italian population in Newton.

West Newton is one of the oldest of the thirteen Newton villages. It is located in the north central part of Newton and is bordered by the town of Waltham on the north and by the villages of Auburndale on the west, Newton Lower Falls on the extreme southwest, Newtonville on the east, and Waban on the south.

The downtown area and immediate surroundings consist mostly of low-rise brick or stone buildings, with many older buildings in the Federal style.

Charlestown is located on a peninsula north of Boston proper. It was originally a separate town and the first capital of the Massachusetts Bay Colony. While it has had a substantial Irish American population since the migration of Irish during the Irish famine of the 1840s, since the late 1980s the neighborhood has changed dramatically because of its close proximity to downtown, and its colonial architecture.

East Boston was annexed by the City of Boston in 1836 and is separated from the rest of the city by Boston Harbor and bordered by Winthrop, Revere, and the Chelsea Creek. Directly west of East Boston across Boston Harbor is the North End and Boston's Financial District.

Back Bay is an upscale residential, retail, and commercial office district. Architecturally the neighborhood is dominated by Victorian brownstone buildings in its northern, more residential portion; the southern part of the neighborhood is far more commercial and is home to some of Boston's tallest skyscrapers.

Dorchester is named after the town of Dorchester in the English county of Dorset, from which Puritans emigrated. It is Boston's largest and most populous neighborhood.

Fenway-Kenmore is composed of numerous neighborhoods with two very different feels, and is rarely referred to as a single entity in casual conversation.

The National Railroad Passenger Corporation, doing business as Amtrak (AAR reporting marks AMTK and AMTZ), is a government-owned corporation that was organized on May 1, 1971, to provide intercity passenger train service in the United States. "Amtrak" is a portmanteau of the words "American" and "track".

The city of Cambridge was named in honor of the University of Cambridge in England. It is most famous for the two prominent universities that call it home: Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 101,355. It is the fifth most populous city in the state.

Brookline was known as the hamlet of Muddy River (a river which today makes up part of the Brookline-Boston border) and was considered a part of Boston until the Town of Brookline was independently incorporated in 1705.

Somerville is just north of Boston, with a total population of 77,478. It is the most densely populated municipality in New England. It was established as a town in 1842, when it was separated from the urbanizing Charlestown.

Show off your talent and skills. Even if you don't think you have any, it wouldn't hurt to show off what you attempt to do! You can make requests to have filled, or you can make a shop to have people request from you.
